Our Bad for not asking or reminding as we checked in but no big deal. We were with a group and had reserved a block of rooms, we checked it first and were put on the first floor, As we were finding our friends and doing a bit of gambling we realised the block of rooms was on the third floor side by side and we are on the first floor.
We were accepted and greated with a smile and a warm and friendly 'Good Afternoon thank you for staying with us' from Carol M.OK wow already looking good. First of all checked in early and had no trouble at all.
